Inviting your team
Owner, designer, reviewer, and guest reviewer roles. How seats count, what each role can do, and which invitations are free.
Brandflux has four roles. Three count against the seat ceiling. One is always free.
Owner
The workspace creator. Owns billing, brand DNA sign-offs, and final approvals. There is one owner per workspace. Owners can transfer the role; you cannot have two at once.
Designer
Generates campaigns, edits Brand DNAs, exports variations. Counts against the seat ceiling. Most studios put their senior designers and creative leads on this role.
Internal reviewer
Comments, requests changes, and approves. Cannot generate or edit DNAs. Counts against the seat ceiling but does not consume credits. Use this for account managers and creative directors who review work but do not produce it.
Guest reviewer (always free)
Magic-link access scoped to one campaign. Cannot list other campaigns, other clients, or settings. Comment-only by default; the workspace owner can promote a guest to approver per-campaign. Does not count against any ceiling and does not require an account; recipients can sign up for a persistent reviewer account if they want notifications and history across vendors.
Seat ceilings by tier
- Freelancer: 1 seat.
- Small Team: up to 5 seats.
- Professional: up to 15 seats.
- Studio: unlimited.
Hit the soft ceiling and you see an upgrade modal. Brandflux never silently disables a seat. Internal reviewer seats count against the ceiling but cost nothing extra.
